Porchester House is run by Jenny & Tony Ashley. They are retired and any profit they make from this enterprise supplements their pension.
Your hosts Jenny & Tony provide a genuinely warm welcome to all who stay with them. Just take some time to read the glowing comments from the guest book. While an evening meal is not normally provided if you have a long journey and are likely to arrive late Jenny will be happy to provide a meal by prior arrangement.
Guests can make use of the upstairs sitting room during their stay. This has a colour television, video and DVD players and Sky Digital.
Water can sometimes be scarce in Cornwall with droughts a common occurence. There is no cause for concern at Porchester House as it has its own water supply. This is taken from an aquafer and then passed through an ultra-violet light source for purification. A dowser located the site for the borehole!
